Another extraordinary wine from Oriol and Susanna, this is predominantly Verdejo with a touch of Malvasia, approximately 3 weeks on the skins, broad aromatics of wild herbs, white flowers and quince. The texture in the mouth is supple and evokes apricot and peach skins, herbs and flowers once more with a gently tannic undertow, nice acid lift pushes the palate forward.
