Collection from Benedicts front entrance is on your chosen order day between 3:00 pm – 5 pm. Your confirmation email will confirm these details also.

We aim to use fully recyclable packaging as much as possible. Most of the packaging is compostable or made using recycled plastic.
Yes, please pop your order into your fridge until you are ready to get cooking.
Our Dine At Home Meals are designed to be enjoyed within 48 hours of collection/delivery. Please keep all items refridgerated.
We have found that sometimes our confirmation emails find their way into people’s spam/junk folders, so please do check there first. If you can’t find it please contact us on hello@rbainbridge.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
All orders will be processed within 2 days (Tue-Sat) please allow 3 – 4 days for delivery via Royal Mail/DPD.
